We will design a training regiment that will be specifically for you and your body. This will consist of both cardiovascular and resistance training 3x per week for approximately 12 weeks. At the end of the 12 weeks you will be back to feeling and looking lighter.
The cardiovascular training is to burn calories and excess fat. This is very important due to the level of inactivity that usually accompanies pregnancy.
Resistance training will tone up those muscles that haven't been utilized in a long period of time. Weight training will more importantly increase metabolism and in turn burn a larger amount of calories throughout the day.
