required resistance and cardiovascular training during your one
hour sessions. However, it is nearly impossible to guarantee your
nutritional progress. This is why a large number of clients at big

speaking with clients about their nutritional habits, the diet is often
neglected.

With the Epic Fitness Nutrition Program, you will receive "nutritional
intake logs" which will allow your trainer to critique your current
caloric intake, as well as give you nutritional advice.

Don't stress about being placed on a DIET. The first thing your
Epic Fitness trainer will mention, is how to eat
smarter. We may
not even need to adjust the amount of food you eat or the content
of those foods.

Often times, all your trainer will need to do is spread out the meals
you are currently eating over 6-8 portions throughout the day. This
is done to speed up your metabolism, and keep your body burning
those calories all day long.
