assortment allows your trainer to be more goal specific in
your training.
The relationships built in the gym are often helpful when
trying to reach your fitness goals. The support of friends
and family can help your progress, especially when you are
meeting and sharing advice with other people who share
your same goals.
Due to time constraints, your workouts will most likely be
limited to one hour. If you show up before your trainer to
perform the basic stretches and warm up exercises that will
be explained to you at your first session, you'll be maximizing
the productivity of that hour you spend with your trainer.
