What is fitness bootcamp? A fitness bootcamp is the term used when referring to outdoor group personal training. These bootcamp sessions consist of full body workouts, including both cardiovascular and resistance training. A typically bootcamp workout will consist of plyometrics, calisthenics, strength training, core/abdominal work, cardio exercises, and stretching.
Do I need to be in shape to do a bootcamp? Of course not! Our expert trainers will tailor each exercise for all clients’ abilities and fitness levels. We do this by showing variations to each core movement or exercise that allow everyone participating to get that intense full body workout in a safe and efficient manner.
What do I need to bring? All you need is a water bottle, exercise mat, towel, and a set of dumbbells between 3-12 lbs. If it is your first bootcamp, please print out and sign a new client information / waiverand bring it with you to save time.
What should I wear? Dress comfortable in typical workout attire including running shoes. Remember we’ll be outside, and plan for the days temperature. Layering your clothing is always a good idea.
How long does each session last? Bootcamps last approximately 50 minutes and include a warm up, stretch, and cool down.
How much do bootcamps cost? Your first bootcamp is always $10. We have packages available that keep our per session rate as low as $15 per session. Example; a package of 10 costs $150.
Do you give any discounts? Teachers, Firefighters, Police Officers, and active duty Military are always $10 with ID.
